worldbreaking.news reads the world's news outlets and turns many reports of one event into a single story, with every claim marked according to how well it stands up.
What this is
An intelligence desk rather than a newsroom. We have no reporters in the field. What we do is read what outlets around the world publish, group the reports describing the same event, and write a plain explanation in which every factual claim carries a status showing who reported it and whether anyone contradicted it.
What this is not
Not an aggregator that reprints headlines, and not a wire service. We do not republish articles: we summarise, cite, and link, and the outlet keeps its reader. We are also not a fact-checking organisation in the traditional sense — we report what the reporting says, and mark where it disagrees with itself.
Why the statuses matter more than the stories
Anyone can tell you what happened. The harder and more useful thing is telling you how well it is stood up — which is why a claim nobody corroborated says so plainly instead of blending into the prose around it. How we work sets out the whole process, including where it fails.
Corrections
