If we read you
We summarise, cite and link; we do not republish. Every story names the outlets it rests on and links to each one. If you would rather we did not read your feed at all, tell us and we will switch it off — and record why, so nobody turns it back on by accident.
If we got you wrong
Corrections are made in public and the record stays up. Open a ticket and it will reach an editor: a claim can be re-checked, and if it is refuted the story leaves the front page and the finding is listed on fact checks.
What we can tell you about the desk
How we work is the whole process in public, including where AI is used and which decisions it is never allowed to make. We would rather answer that question on a page than in an interview, so it stays consistent.
